AM Computers

So, the dreaded black screen happened. No hard reset or other keyboard fix worked. It was an old machine, but the files are invaluable. Wanted someone I could trust...not a 20-year-old who would be gone in two months from the chain store service they were working for. Wanted an owner operated local business who pays rent for a location and has been around awhile. Found it with Nick at AM. He understood what I wanted which was not to repair the computer but save the data. Didn't try and sell me on a repair. Recovered my data even though the motherboard and SSD had failed. Set up my new machine and transferred the files...all at a reasonable price. This is the guy you go to when your digital life is on the line.

I called AM Computer repair to inquire about fixing my laptop that crashed. Nick called me back promptly and we discussed this issue. I took it to his shop and he assessed the problem. The hard drive had crashed and the deadly Blue screen issue could not be resolved. On a positive note, Nick was able to recover all my data (uncorrupted) and saved it to a flash drive for me. I highly recommend Nick and AM Computer Services for your PC issues.

My experience with AM Computers was great!! From my initial inquiry about my laptop that was not working, and throughout the diagnosis/options going forward. Nick was friendly, informative, helpful, knowledgeable, and the repair was reasonably priced. There was great communication about the status of my computer at every step. I was so excited to get my computer back and it is running better than before!! I highly recommend Nick and AM Computers!!!
